Anthony Griffin, MRICS
Prior to establishing Fairseat Capital, Anthony was Senior Fund Manager at First Property Group plc (‘Fprop’), an award-winning co-investing cross-sector real estate fund manager managing discretionary property funds on behalf of the UK’s leading pension funds, endowment funds and HNW investors.
Anthony spent 12 years at Fprop where he transacted some £500m of commercial real estate totalling some 60 deals across opportunistic, value-add, and core plus real estate strategies. Anthony’s role included the strategic direction of the asset management team where he was responsible for utilising planning consents, refurbishments, lease renewals and debt financing to deliver the funds’ business plans.
Anthony left Fprop to start Fairseat Capital in 2022. He is a qualified Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) (Property Finance and Investment Pathway) and a holder of the CFA Investment Management Certificate (IMC).
